AgentPay MCP Server
x402 micropayments MCP server for paid API access, initially focused on Xiaohongshu note data and China wholesale-pricing queries. The local server handles 402 Payment Required challenges, signs Base USDC payments with a configured agent wallet, retries the gateway request, and enforces per-call spend limits so agents can buy small data payloads autonomously. Public GitHub repository created September 5, 2026.
