Open source MCP server from AWS Labs that provides natural language interfaces to AWS HealthLake FHIR resources for healthcare AI agents. Supports full CRUDS operations on FHIR resources with advanced search including chained parameters, _include, and _revinclude. Automatically discovers available HealthLake datastores and exposes them as MCP resources without manual configuration. Includes a read-only mode for safe data inspection. Healthcare agents can summarize patient information, manage clinical records, and coordinate across health systems. Released under Apache 2.0 license.
