Remote-hosted MCP server from Braze, the customer engagement platform, that connects AI agents to campaign, Canvas, segment analytics and content management tools. Supports both read and write operations including email template creation, Content Block management and media library updates. Authenticates via OAuth tied to Braze dashboard user permissions with no API key required. Does not expose user-level PII. Works with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex and Claude Code. Available at mcp.braze.com/mcp (US) and mcp.braze.eu/mcp (EU). Released July 23, 2026 in early access.
