Scientific MCP server and desktop workbench for the HITRAN spectroscopy database. The stdio server exposes twelve tools for molecule lookup, live HITRANonline/HAPI retrieval, line-strength calculations, absorption and transmittance spectra, cross-section search and download, plotting, CSV or PNG outputs, cache handling, and provenance stamping across line-by-line and cross-section datasets. Public GitHub repository created September 7, 2026.
