Go hybrid search engine and MCP server for Boverket Klimatdatabas construction climate data. It combines SQLite FTS5 BM25, sqlite-vec KNN, reciprocal-rank fusion, optional BGE-m3 INT8 reranking, REST, MCP, and an operator console, with self-hosted operation that does not require Unkey or MPP.
