MCP Dev Runtime
Local development runtime that exposes shell commands, interactive PTYs, file patches, images, and execution history through MCP tools. It can run as loopback Streamable HTTP, stdio for local clients, or behind OpenAI Secure MCP Tunnel for ChatGPT access, with precompiled packages that include Node and native dependencies, but it deliberately has no sandbox or approval layer.
