Ratchet MCP
Effect-gate control plane for AI agents that need durable approval and at-most-once semantics before irreversible actions such as charging a card, sending an email, or shipping a deploy. It exposes REST and MCP, stores decisions in Postgres, uses leases and idempotency keys, and never performs vendor effects itself. Public GitHub repository created August 31, 2026.
