Standalone repository-memory layer with a citation-first repository index, CLI, local SQLite store, local stdio MCP server and L0-L3 conversation memory runtime for AI agents. Designed so agents can answer questions about project documents, source files, reports and imported conversation memory only when they can cite the repository evidence or stored memory source.
