Talvora MCP
Windows-local MCP server that runs as a Talvora Windows Service on 127.0.0.1 and exposes full-capability owner-machine tools. It includes system information, file read/write/delete/list, unrestricted process execution, process inspection and kill, PowerShell execution, and registry tools under the LocalSystem service boundary, intentionally without broad path or command allowlists. Public GitHub repository created September 13, 2026.
