Telegram Assistant MCP
Self-hosted MCP for bounded Telegram user-chat reads, update scanning, photo previews and optional transcription, with policy-gated sending when explicitly enabled. A Telethon user session and OAuth provider protect a private HTTPS endpoint; read-only mode omits send tools. Audio transcription can send the selected file to OpenAI only when configured.
